Election Results are LIVE: BJP and Shiv Sena lead in Maharashtra by a landslide

In the dramatic roller-coaster in the world of politics, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has a total vote share of 85% in one of the biggest state in the nation, Maharashtra. Shiv Sena, A local political party led by Eknath Shiv Sena who is the current Chief Minister of the state, has allied with the Biggest Party in the country BJP, led by Narendra Modi has a total vote share of 222 seats out of 288 votes as of now.

The opposition party another faction of Shiv Sena, Maha Vikas Aghadi(MVA) a coalition which was formed in 2019 by Uddhav Thackeray to keep the BJP out of the state and is having an alliance with INDI Alliance (Indian National Development Inclusive Alliance, which was formed by some of the leaders who are under the opposition of BJP). Under MVA, Shiv Sena led Uddhav Thackeray or simply SHS(UBT), Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) led by Sharad Pawar and INC led by Nana Patole.. They are currently trailing by 53 seats out of 288.

However, another question arises in the minds of every decision-maker: Who will be the new chief Minister, as the BJP single-handedly performed really well in Maharashtra?

A lot of questions will keep arising.

Who will be the chief minister?

Will the Shiv Sena reunite?

Will Uddhav Thackeray work under Eknath Shinde?

What made this landslide of a result take place und the NDA umbrella?

Jharkhand Results

The Jharkhand election results are ongoing with the ruling party Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM) and their allies leading with 49 seats out of 81 seats. Trailing behind are the Bharatiya Janata Party and their allies with 30 seats out of 81 seats.

Jharkhand, being a tribal state and prioritizing tribal welfare, is currently governed by Chief Minister Hemant Soren and the current trends are leading to Hemant Soren reclaiming his seat.

Historically led by national parties, the state does not have much ideology and long-term vision in the political landscape which makes it difficult to get allied with in this state.

JMM the largest and stable party in the region led by Hemant Soren.

It is a close fight in Jharkhand and only get decided at the end of the vote count.

Day 2 of India vs Australia, 1st Test, LIVE: 2nd Innings begins as Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul holds India's hopes high

Day 2 began with India restricting Australia to 104/10, with Jaspreet Bumrah taking a staggering 5-wicket haul and giving India a 46 Runs head start for the second innings.

A lead of 130 runs has been established for the team.

Australia will be strategizing its approach during this tea break as this partnership might turn out fatal for the home side as the 5 match test series continues.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set to be in a cameo role in the upcoming movie Love and War starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal

A Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie initially set to be released in Christmas 2025 but now set to be released in 26 March, 2026 is now, as per reports, will feature one of Bollywood's finest and biggest superstar in the industry, Shah Rukh Khan as a cameo role in the movie.

As great Sanjay is in the industry as a director, Sanjay only had one movie with The King of Romance which happens to be Devdas in 2002. Sanjay and King Khan did have projects they were set to work on but beside the initial talks, things did not work out as it should have been.

As per reports by Box Office Worldwide, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and SRK had their talks on the possibility of the role as a cameo for Love and War. However, it remains a rumor as the industry is filled with gossip and rumors of their beloved stars.

Love and War is set to be a film somewhat a remake on Sangam(1964) starring Raj Kapoor, Vyjayanthimala, and Rajendra Kumar. "Love and War" is set to have Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhat, and Vicky Kaushal, three of the top actors in the current generation of Bollywood.

The trending chart went crazy when the fans heard the report that Shah Rukh Khan being a part of the movie is a possibility as it would break the charts upon its release as fans would witness Ranbir Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan once again on the big screens after the crowds popped up when they saw Shah Rukh Khan's cameo in "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil(2016) " with Ranbir Kapoor.

Yashasvi Jaiswal completes his 50

Soon after the tea break Yashasvi Jaiswal completed his half-century. A cool, calm and intelligent knock and deserved all the ovations he got. He has five boundaries to his name while he compleated his 50.

A historic moment also took place at Perth as KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal made history by becoming the first Indian opening pair to achieve a century partnership in Tests in Australia in the past two decades.
